The Blue, Green and Red meter values; public AP documentation identifies ranges of 10→40, 15→60 and 25→100 respectively.
Do not confuse the large pig or treasure presentation with the actual persistent meters. The colored counters are the state to evaluate.

What the meter value represents
When a meter's Free Games feature triggers, the player receives 10 Free Games and the triggered meter value represents guaranteed pig events used to build or upgrade prize frames during the bonus.
