Hosting and security providers may also process basic technical request information.

4. Cookies & Analytics
APWebsite uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep signed-in members authenticated. The cookie is required for account and member features and is not used for advertising. APWebsite also uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate measurements and is designed to operate without analytics cookies or local storage.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
We rely on service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, database, security and aggregate analytics; Brevo for requested account emails; Microsoft 365 for correspondence; and Stripe for membership transactions. These providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.
6. Payments and Memberships
Stripe acts as merchant of record for APWebsite Pro purchases made through Managed Payments and processes payment, billing and applicable transaction-tax information under its own privacy policy. APWebsite receives account identifiers, subscription status, billing cadence and related transaction status needed to activate or suspend member access. APWebsite does not receive or store full card numbers.
7. Data Retention
Account and membership records are retained while needed to provide access, administer billing, satisfy legal obligations, maintain security and resolve disputes. One-time sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Authentication sessions expire automatically and may be ended sooner by signing out.
8. Data Security
We use one-time sign-in links, hashed authentication tokens, secure cookies, Stripe-hosted checkout, verified Stripe webhook signatures and access controls. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or other uses of personal information. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. Some billing records may need to be retained where legally required.
10. Children's Privacy
APWebsite is not directed to children under 13. Because the site discusses casino gambling, its content is intended for adults and users legally permitted to engage with gambling-related material.
