Terms & Disclaimer

Important information about using APWebsite guides, calculators, tools, and community resources.

Educational and informational use

APWebsite provides educational and informational content about slot-machine features, persistent states, expected value, scouting, and advantage-play concepts. The content is not a promise of profit and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional gambling advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

Gambling outcomes are uncertain and can involve substantial financial loss. A favorable state, positive-EV estimate, suggested entry point, or calculator result does not guarantee that an individual play session will be profitable.

Calculators and estimates

APWebsite calculators may use assumptions, estimates, observed behavior, or model inputs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, calculator assumptions are not manufacturer-disclosed probability tables. Game versions, casino machine setups, denominations, bet levels, and underlying settings may differ.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether to gamble, how much to bet, and whether gambling is legal and appropriate for you in your location. Use APWebsite only if you meet the legal age and eligibility requirements applicable where you are playing.

Third-party names and trademarks

Game titles, casino names, manufacturer names, logos, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on APWebsite is for identification and informational purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Membership billing and cancellation

APWebsite Pro is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription at the price displayed before checkout. For purchases completed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes and transaction support. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, Stripe will attempt to charge the payment method associated with your account for the next billing period.

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your APWebsite account. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by APWebsite, completed subscription charges are not prorated or automatically refunded for unused time.

Access may be suspended when a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a charge is refunded or disputed. Prices and benefits may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice. A stated founding-member rate applies while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active unless otherwise disclosed.

Stripe, Discord, and external services

APWebsite may link to Stripe checkout, Discord, casinos, manufacturers, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. APWebsite does not control third-party platforms or user-generated content posted by community members.

Membership content

Paid APWebsite guides, calculators, tools, and other member resources are licensed for the personal, non-transferable use of the member who receives access. Sharing account access, republishing, reselling, scraping, or distributing paid member content without permission is not allowed and may result in suspension.

Site changes and availability

Guides, models, calculators, membership benefits, links, and site features may be corrected, updated, replaced, or removed as new information becomes available or the service changes.

Limitation and risk

Use of APWebsite is at your own discretion and risk. APWebsite is not responsible for gambling losses, casino decisions, account actions, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on website content, estimates, or community discussion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
